With our initial investment plan, our facility, which occupies 5000m² of indoor and 5000m² of outdoor space, can process 1000 tons per month of material in the form of burrs. Our facility is designed to operate on the most modern zero-discharge principle, enabling wastewater recovery. We handle all kinds of plastic scraps.

Our processes include:

• Sorting by polymer type and sending to the grinding process
• If necessary, transforming back into baled product
• Producing granules through the extrusion process (HDPE, PP, LDPE, PS)
• Sieving, separating light fractions
• Magnetic/non-magnetic metal separation
• Sorting by types of polymers
• Washing ground products
• Intermediate storage
• Drying

Additionally, we can sort by color based on customer demand.
